What is C community?
We are a space in the Social Design Hub co-created with students to strengthen the linkage, dialogue and exchange with other students, alumni and teachers.

What do we do in C community?
We identify, guide, facilitate and/or generate projects, initiatives, workshops or activities that can generate value within the CENTRO community, through design and implementation that reflect the creative nature and diversity of those who participate.

Activations

We periodically hold on-campus activations to spark dialogue and connections between students, faculty and alumni. These range from lightning tournaments and creative exploration experiences, to activities around dates such as Valentine's Day or Student's Day.

Workshops

Spaces for meeting, collaboration and exchange that arise from the concerns and interests of the community. In the workshops, students, teachers and graduates share knowledge and experiences that explore a diversity of creative themes, as well as tools for wellbeing and professional life.

Initiatives

At Comunidad C we provide guidance and facilitate the development, continuity or visibility of student proposals that seek to transform their environment or respond to collective needs.

To the tianguis

Biannual activity that promotes creative entrepreneurship in the community. Each edition has its own graphic identity which is generated by students of the Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication and is organized through an open call where students, teachers and alumni can apply for their projects. The tianguis has become a key platform to make visible, connect and disseminate the talents that are part of CENTRO.

Refurbish

Biannual activity that promotes circular culture through the exchange of clothes in good condition. This proposal, developed as an alternative to fast fashion, is renewed in each edition to incorporate upcycling challenges, repair workshops or dynamics of organization and purification of the closet.
