In a hybrid, competitive and accelerated context, where companies are differentiated not only by their products, but also by the interactions they offer, the Specialty in Experience Design connects the physical and the digital to generate real value for people and businesses. The program develops skills to transform complexity into meaningful, strategic and sustainable interactions with empathy and business acumen. This approach is applicable to industries such as retail, services, health, education, culture, technology, hospitality and public sector.

  • Practical and critical learning: Development of tools and methodologies to design experiences and question their meaning, impact and context, with guidance from professionals active in the industry.
  • Interdisciplinary program: Integration of service design, interactions and strategy with human behavior, creative thinking, digital technologies and project management.
  • AI integration: To analyze user data, detect patterns and accelerate ideation, as well as support prototyping and simulation of digital and service experiences.
  • Immersive training: Workshops and integrative projects with real clients, entrepreneurship and conferences with experts.

Curriculum

Who is it aimed at?

  • Professionals in interaction design, graphic design, visual communication, architecture, and other creative areas.
  • People with an interest in creating immersive experiences and innovation in service design.
  • Must have basic knowledge on the use of digital tools for collaborative work, digital design and storytelling.

What will you be able to work on?

  • Graduates will be able to design immersive, multichannel experiences that connect emotionally with users.
  • They will integrate digital design, interaction and brand narratives into innovative experiences.
  • They will master the management of experience design projects applied to industries such as technology, tourism and entertainment.
  • They will be able to work as experience designers or directors, experience innovation managers, service design consultants or digital experience strategists.
Strategic designer with 15+ years of experience in innovation, service development and business model validation. She was partner at Cirklo, associate director at Frog and senior strategist at Bitso. She has worked with clients such as BBVA, Facebook, Essity and co-authored publications with GIZ and British Council.

Teachers

Strategic designer with more than 15 years of experience, specialized in the financial sector. She was Head of Design Strategy at Bitso and worked at GBM, BBVA and Idea Couture. Today she leads desiiiiign and Hybrid Personas. She founded Service Design Mexico and Frontstage Conference, initiatives that have boosted the practice of service design in Latin America. He has a Master’s degree in Innovation and a specialty in Designing Futures.

Bachelor in Business Administration with a Master in Business Administration. He has been an entrepreneur, investor and strategy consultant for companies and organizations around the world. He currently leads programs and technology platforms focused on education and entrepreneurship.

Master in design studies and industrial designer. Consultant and workshop leader in creative thinking, co-creation tools, design thinking, design sprints and problem solving. He collaborates with companies and educational institutions designing experiences and facilitating workshops on creative thinking, design methods and creative processes for complex problem solving.
