The Specialty in Educational Design trains professionals capable of designing, implementing and optimizing relevant and sustainable learning experiences, based on the contextual analysis of education, the integration of emerging technologies and a focus on socioemotional well-being. Through creative research tools, anticipatory thinking, data visualization and staging, it is aimed at designers of educational experiences, those responsible for talent development, creators of educational content and teachers at different levels.
  • Practical and critical learning: Development of tools and methodologies to design experiences and question their meaning, impact and context, with guidance from professionals active in the industry.
  • Interdisciplinary program: Integration of service design, interactions and strategy with human behavior, creative thinking, digital technologies and project management.
  • AI integration: To analyze user data, detect patterns and accelerate ideation, as well as support prototyping and simulation of digital and service experiences.
  • Immersive training: Workshops and integrative projects with real clients, entrepreneurship and conferences with experts.

Curriculum

Who is it aimed at?

Professionals seeking to design, improve and innovate learning experiences in diverse educational and training contexts. Professionals in education (undergraduate, graduate or continuing education) and in the design of educational experiences; educational technologists, facilitators, corporate trainers or professionals in related areas who wish to create learning experiences for different audiences.

What will you be able to work on?

Graduates will be able to work as talent development managers (training strategy design, performance management, team leadership), external training agents (course design and delivery, facilitation and group management), Learning Experiences Designers (LXD, learning experience creation, instructional design, narrative and educational UX), or teachers (lesson planning, learning facilitation, continuous assessment).
